There are several meditation techniques we can discuss and explore during the retreat if you do not have an established practice and would like one.

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years as a spiritual practice. Recent studies show us that a meditation practice can help decrease pain, anxiety, and blood pressure while increasing concentration and creativity.

Meditation can come in many forms!

Walking, sitting, eyes open or closed. Start with 3-5 minutes per day and begin feeling the effects.
